You can find him playing with his toy dumbbell and kettlebell whenever class is in session or showing off his speed on the Assault treadmill. Oso’s goal is to ensure everyone has a “pawsitive” experience at Aneva. Toby Best known for his humorous graphic tees and booties.

Toby the Cavachon

Toby is the official Aneva class supervisor, enforcing a judgement-free zone at all times. Whenever he’s not supervising, you can catch him on his very own treadmill getting his fitness on. A true introvert at heart, but very friendly! Yadira Is a NASM CPT, Pre- Post Natal Certified and a Pain Free Performance Specialist.

Naj Is a NASM CPT and Aneva’s top motivator. Well known for delivering unmatchable energy and his elite music playlist. Coach Naj is an expert in Conditioning, specializing in weight loss, building endurance, and mental development. Outside of the gym, you can find Coach Najee drawing inspiration from his surroundings as a writer, musician, and overall creative.

Yadira

Coach Yaya specializes in Strength training for all levels of fitness, training women during/post-pregnancy & athletes dealing with limitations/injuries. Coach Yaya’s goal as a Trainer is to make fitness feasible to all no matter the circumstances and take each and every client to the next level with her guided support.

Harry

Harry Is a NASM CPT, Strength and Conditioning Coach specialized in Hybrid Training and Running specifically. He is best known for his creative programming and tough love coaching style. Also a Kettlebell enthusiast, you can expect to learn new tricks and train different modalities in his class.
